Adoption Agreement

Article 1 - Parties

This agreement is concluded between Mor Pati Association ("the Association") on one side and the person adopting the animal ("the Adopter") on the other side.

Article 2 - Subject

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations regarding the care, protection and living of the animal placed for adoption by the Association in an environment of love.

Article 3 - Obligations of the Adopter

The Adopter is obliged to provide the animal with shelter, food, health care and safety; not to mistreat the animal; to have regular veterinary check-ups carried out; and to keep the Association informed about the condition of the animal.

Article 4 - Obligations of the Association

The Association is obliged to complete the animal's vaccinations and health checks before the adoption, to answer the adopter's questions and to provide support when needed.

Article 5 - Health Guarantee

The Association has informed the adopter about the state of the animal's health at the time of adoption. The Association cannot be held responsible for health problems that may arise later.

Article 6 - Right of Return

In cases where the Adopter can no longer care for the animal, the Adopter is obliged to return the animal to the Association. The animal may not be transferred to third parties.

Article 7 - Responsibility

The legal and financial responsibilities arising from the animal belong to the Adopter.

Article 8 - Resolution of Disputes

The courts and enforcement offices of Trabzon are authorized in disputes arising from this agreement.

Article 9 - Entry into Force

This agreement was concluded and signed in two copies on [date].
